This is summer on a pizza. What’s more summery than asparagus? What will make this pizza even better? Grill it!
1 recipe of your favorite pizza dough
1/2 pound asparagus
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 pound mozzarella, shredded or cut into small cubes
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
Several grinds black pepper
1 scallion, thinly sliced
*To spice it up a little more, add toasted pine nuts on top
Bake or grill the pizza until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
Slice up and serve!
